About SoftCOM 2020
The 28 th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2020) is co-organized by the University of Split, FESB and Croatian Communications and Information Society (CCIS), and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society. The conference will be held on September 17-19, 2020 in Hvar, Croatia. Authors are invited to submit their high-quality papers representing original results in all areas of communications software, services and applications, telecommunications and computer networks. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Authors of the selected best papers will be invited to submit a revised and extended version of their manuscripts for possible publication in the Journal of Communications Software and Systems (JCOMSS).
