About SoftCOM 2020 The 28 th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2020) is co-organized by the University of Split, FESB and Croatian Communications and Information Society (CCIS), and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society. The conference will be held on September 17-19, 2020 in Hvar, Croatia. Authors are invited to submit their high-quality papers representing original results in all areas of communications software, services and applications, telecommunications and computer networks.
